All orders are gathered each week, prepared fresh by our Chef's and shipped to your door!

We ship all orders on Monday's using 2 day Express shipping and packing in a temperature controlled box. When you receive your treats, they should be cold to touch. Just place them in your freezer if you don't intend to warm them up within the next day or two. Simply follow the warming instructions on each label for frozen or thawed.
