Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, since this is a food product, we can not accept returns. But, always know that your happiness is ALWAYS our #1 priority and if you ever have a problem with any of your orders, PLEASE contact us at info@manfredosmeatballs.com and know that we will always make things right for your!

How should I handle my order when it arrives?

We ship all orders on Monday's using 2 day Express shipping and packed in a temperature controlled box. When you receive your treats, they should be cold to touch. Just place them in your freezer for up to 6 month if you don't intend to warm them up within the next day or two. Simply follow the warming instructions on each label for frozen or thawed.

How do I warm my food?

Each menu item has warming instructions directly on the label for warming from thawed or frozen.

Do you ship nationwide?

We do ship to all the United States. However, since it is a perishable product, we must use 2 day Express to ensure the quality when you receive your order. Since we are shipping from the East Coast, shipping costs are a bit higher as you go beyond the mid west US. We are at the mercy of the shipping companies and always strive to keep our costs as low as possible without comprimising quality so that as many folks in the US as possible can enjoy our treats!
